Mountain biking in central Portugal
One of the most beautiful ATB regions in Portugal.

A diverse landscape: forests, small vineyards, fields, streams, and rivers. But also charming old villages with many stone houses. And countless dirt roads and trails where you’ll rarely encounter anyone.
A hilly terrain that’s not so high as to make it all climbing. Occasionally, you’ll face a long ascent, but most of the time, it’s a mix of climbs and descents.
And often, stunning panoramic views.
We’ve designed several beautiful ATB tours, starting and ending at Quinta da Abelenda, which you can follow using GPS on your smartphone.
